Who You Are:

You are passionate about leading successful programs, managing a diverse portfolio of projects through quality management and structured reporting. You are detail-oriented, enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You lead discussions, build consensus, and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the cross-functional PMO portfolio of programs/projects, reporting to the Head of Group Quality
• Deploy methodology expertise for successful execution
• Manage and support key programs with ISO compliance, Process Assurance, and Strategic initiatives
• Establish the Quality and Process PMO through portfolio management with stakeholders
• Consolidate and present data to senior leadership and develop strategies for quality and continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with stakeholders
• Prepare and execute governance scorecards and reporting
• Develop PMO support for reporting and data analysis
• Support the implementation of the Quality Management System and audits for ISO standards

What You'll Need:

• At least 10+ years’ experience in leading programs, managing projects, and analytics
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder and government engagement
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate findings clearly
• Experience in business transformation and quality management
• Experience in Space Tech, Satellite Telecom, or related fields (desired)
• Attention to detail
• Educational background in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or MBA
• Professional qualifications like PMP, MSP, Prince2, Agile PM, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (desired but not essential)
