VMO2’s Accelerate Programme is moving our Fixed/Converged and PAYG capability to a new Netcracker billing system.

The purpose of this role will be the test lead for the data delivered by the Pay as you go (PAYG) and Fixed/Mobile convergence (FMCT) programmes to the Finance Data Product (FDP).

The successful candidate will take ownership for protecting the existing FDP products and ensure the build of new and development of existing products meets end user requirements and results in high quality, well managed data.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

• Experience of being a test lead on a large data project
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and communications skills
• Possessing a positive attitude and the ability to think creatively and look for new and innovative ways of doing things. Strong belief in right outcomes for the business and be able to influence and explain position on issues
• Ability to review GCP DBT processes and utilise Big Query/DBT to navigate high volume test data
• Stakeholder management - internal and 3rd party providers

The other stuff we are looking for

Key responsibilities:

• FDP test lead. Ensure testing is relevant to the measures that the business teams value. Understand the power of data available to us and drive the right adoption
• Drive data quality
• Partner with internal and external teams (e.g., AO2 team, NC, Accenture) to deliver fixes and move us to a position where we can ‘go live’ with accurate data
