Montcalm Collection in London seeks an experienced HR generalist to lead People Operations across the group, building strong foundations for recruitment, employee lifecycle management and performance support.

You will partner with hotel leaders, coach managers, ensure UK employment compliance, and drive continuous improvement through policy design, data insight and coordinated change across 14 hotels and the Academy.

Qualificações

• Generalist HR management experience in hospitality or multi-site organisations.
• Strong employee relations judgement and working knowledge of UK employment requirements.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent; coaching and development of managers.
• Ability to use people data to improve operational processes and HR services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the People Operations service across the group, with reliable support and early identification of workforce risks and opportunities.
• Agree hotel visit schedules, run people reviews and address staffing, retention, probation and employee concerns.
• Lead quarterly workforce planning with General Managers, Talent Acquisition and Finance.
• Drive recruitment delivery, provide guidelines and coach managers in interviewing and on-boarding.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance and data accuracy across HR records and payroll interfaces.
