This brand new restaurant opening in London is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry department. This role offers a pathway to a group position overseeing other concepts within the group both in London and internationally.
Candidates must have extensive knowledge of Patisserie, Bakery, Viennoiserie, and a French Classical training background. The role involves managing the entire pastry department across all restaurants, including breads, ice creams, viennoiserie, and petit fours, as well as training junior chefs.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef to create and implement new dessert menus. An attractive salary of £70,000 per annum is offered for the right candidate.
