The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Patisserie, Bakery, Viennoiserie, and a French Classical background/training. The role offers a generous salary of £70,000 for the right candidate.
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for managing the entire pastry department across all restaurants, including breads, ice creams, viennoiserie, and petit fours. You will also train junior chefs and work closely with the Executive Chef to create and implement new dessert menus.
