Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a Group Management Accountant to own the month-end close, intercompany processes and the group consolidation across multiple entities. This role offers real ownership of the reporting cycle within a fast-growing e-commerce group.

You will lead the application of transfer pricing policies, compute intercompany margins, and collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliant documentation across currencies.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience of month-end close and reporting in a multi-entity group.
• Hands-on experience of consolidation and intercompany accounting; transfer pricing and management charges experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with an ERP or mid-market accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close for all Group entities, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for each Group entity with commentary.
• Own the Group consolidation end to end, including elimination of intercompany balances and currency translation.
• Apply Group transfer pricing policy, calculate and review transfer pricing adjustments and maintain documentation.
• Calculate and review intercompany margin on stock and service flows, ensure elimination on consolidation.
• Manage calculation, invoicing and posting of management charges across Group entities.
• Serve as point of contact for auditors and external advisers on consolidation, intercompany and transfer pricing.
