Job Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for group entities
- Consolidation of group results and preparation of group-level reporting
- Assist in the development of monthly board packs and financial reports for stakeholders
- Variance analysis and commentary against budgets and forecasts
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
- Liaise with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support audit preparation and year-end processes
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic projects, acquisitions, and performance reviews
- Maintain and develop internal financial controls and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful MA/FA should have:
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
- Experience working within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
