Group Management Accountant - £65,000

An opportunity to join a listed Real Estate company with impressive offices in Central London. This is a leading property development and investment business with a focus on delivering sustainable and people-orientated assets. The Group Management Accountant would be a part of the wider Group and Finance team based in London with the opportunity to work within a high-performing office.

Your role and responsibilities

• Support the FP&A and Investor Relations manager to deliver insightful reporting
• Preparing quarterly management accounts, variance analysis, and Board reporting
• Supporting Annual and Interim Reports, investor presentations, and disclosures
• Assisting with the Group Business Plan, rolling forecasts, and performance review
• Developing and enhancing finance systems
• Providing financial input for valuations, capital market updates, and transformation projects

What you need

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• Commercial experience and exposure in addition to audit experience
• Ability to manage and interpret large data sets
• Working to tight deadlines
• Experience if real estate and broader IFRS
• Property or retail sector experience
