Role Details

• Position: Group Management Accountant
• Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)
• Location: Hybrid working with 3 days at Derby office, 2 days remote

We are seeking a fully qualified Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This role is crucial as we evolve our business, aiming to grow our Group revenue to £240 million in 2023, and improve our reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group management account creation process
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders
• Implement and improve reporting controls
• Deliver high-quality financial information to Senior Management and the Board
• Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance reporting processes

About You

Full training will be provided. To succeed, you should have:

• Fully qualified (CGMA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Experience in a Group environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
