Job summary

TipTopJob in London is seeking a senior hands-on Group Maintenance Manager to own maintenance across five busy hospitality venues. You will diagnose faults quickly, perform repairs, and keep sites safe and guest-ready, reporting to the Operations Director and CEO with independence and support as needed.

The role requires substantial hands-on maintenance experience in multi-site hospitality, strong electrical/plumbing skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast-moving multi-site environment.
• Strong practical electrical and plumbing skills with relevant trade qualifications or equivalent competence.
• Excellent organisation, clear communication and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own planned, preventive and reactive maintenance across all five venues.
• Diagnose and complete electrical, plumbing and general building repairs within your competence.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and take part in an agreed out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Maintain schedules, asset records and clear completion logs.
• Appoint and monitor specialist contractors where required and support statutory inspections.

I am delighted to be working with a leading London hospitality group to find them a handsAEUR'on Group Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance across five busy venues. This is a senior, siteAEUR'based role for a practical allAEUR'rounder who can diagnose faults quickly, complete a wide range of repairs and keep sites safe, compliant and guestAEUR'ready.

You will work directly with the Operations Director and CEO, managing your own priorities with a high degree of independence while having support available when needed.

Key responsibilities
