Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is assisting a leading London hospitality group in recruiting a hands-on Group Maintenance Manager. This senior, site-based role will own maintenance across five busy venues and partner directly with the Operations Director and CEO. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and keep sites safe, compliant and guest-ready.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and manage asset records with independence and support when needed.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast-moving multi-site environment.
• Strong practical electrical and plumbing skills with relevant trade qualifications or equivalent competence.
• Excellent organisation, clear communication and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own planned, preventive and reactive maintenance across all five venues.
• Diagnose and complete electrical, plumbing and general building repairs within your competence.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and take part in an agreed out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Maintain schedules, asset records and clear completion logs.
• Appoint and monitor specialist contractors where required and support statutory inspections.

Job description

I am delighted to be working with a leading London hospitality group to find them a hands‑on Group Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance across five busy venues. This is a senior, site‑based role for a practical all‑rounder who can diagnose faults quickly, complete a wide range of repairs and keep sites safe, compliant and guest‑ready.

You will work directly with the Operations Director and CEO, managing your own priorities with a high degree of independence while having support available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own planned, preventive and reactive maintenance across all five venues.
• Diagnose and complete electrical, plumbing and general building repairs within your competence.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and take part in an agreed out‑of‑hours call‑out rota.
• Maintain schedules, asset records and clear completion logs.
• Appoint and monitor specialist contractors where required and support statutory inspections.

What you’ll bring

• Substantial hands‑on maintenance experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast‑moving multi‑site environment.

Nice to have: Gas Safe, PAT testing, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, HVAC or fire safety experience. Training support available for the right candidate.
