Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Group Leader to define the strategy and growth of the Supply Chain Consultancy Group, with hybrid working from Bristol, Plymouth or Burton. You will lead consultants, shape services across advisory, delivery and assurance, and build trusted senior client relationships while driving sustainable, high-quality work.

The role offers a flexible work pattern and a path to develop capabilities, with pre-employment screening required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across supply chain strategy, delivery, and assurance.
• Experience leading, developing, and growing a professional team, service line, or consulting capability.
• The ability to identify market and client needs and translate them into relevant services, propositions, and capability development plans.
• A track record of building senior client relationships and securing consulting or advisory work.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing supply chain, procurement, commercial, or consulting professionals.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance people, capability, delivery, and business priorities.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Location: Bristol, Plymouth or Burton preferred, although we will consider candidates based at another Frazer-Nash office

Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash

The Opportunity

As Group Leader, you will define the strategy, identity and growth of our Supply Chain Consultancy Group.

Working with Business Change leaders, market leads and colleagues across Frazer-Nash, you will identify emerging client needs and translate them into distinctive services, capabilities and growth opportunities.

You will manage the development of our Supply Chain Advisory, Delivery and Assurance services, ensuring they remain relevant, impactful and valuable to clients. You will build trusted relationships with senior clients, shape strategic opportunities and support the growth of our consulting portfolio.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
