Qualifications
- Accredited STEM degree with a 2:1 or equivalent.
- Chartered Engineer status from a recognised institution.
- Significant experience applying Systems Engineering across programmes.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in regulated industries.
- Strong involvement in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
- Proficient in planning, stakeholder mgmt and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop engineering managers and teams.
- Apply Systems Engineering across programmes to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prioritise activities and resources to meet schedules.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into robust system specs.
- Oversee development, integration and verification of subsystems.
- Conduct trade studies and architecture assessments.
- Support testing from concept to certification.
- Identify and mitigate lifecycle risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and quality.
- Support workforce planning and capability development.
