Overview

Group HR Advisor – Grantham | Permanent | £35k pa

We are delighted to be supporting an established yet growing organisation in their search for a talented Group HR Advisor. You will be hands on supporting and guiding Managers with ER, policies and developing the HR Administrator within their HR career. The role is based in Grantham onsite in the office, full time Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice, providing guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct, and grievances.
  • Supporting managers to apply HR policies fairly and consistently.
  • Managing referrals and follow ups with Occupational Health providers.
  • Overseeing and developing a small HR admin team to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Contributing to HR projects such as employee engagement, process improvements, and organisational change.
About you / Qualifications
  • Solid experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally within a multi brand or group structure.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident in handling complex ER cases.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • At least CIPD Level 3 with significant experience; ideally Level 5 (or working towards).
