Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Group Home Lead to oversee a portfolio of homes across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and South West London. You will lead Home Managers, drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance, shaping a culture of high-quality care.

As a senior operational leader, you will manage governance, audits, budgets, occupancy, and stakeholder relationships, delivering sustainable services and resident-focused care across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership in health & social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Experience across multi-site care settings and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across a group of homes and ensure high-quality care.
• Coach Home Managers and support succession planning.
• Drive quality improvement and service development across sites.
• Oversee safeguarding and risk management across the portfolio.
• Maintain governance, inspections, and financial performance.
