Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Group Home Lead to oversee a portfolio of homes across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and South West London. You will work with Home Managers and regional teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care, robust governance and continuous improvement.

You will lead safeguarding, quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting workforce planning and service development. A strong leader with multi-site experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership across multi-site operations and governance.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding policies.
• Experience with NHS and independent healthcare sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of homes.
• Support Home Managers through coaching, mentoring and performance support.
• Drive quality improvement, service development and operational excellence.
• Lead safeguarding oversight and risk management across all homes.
• Maintain compliance with CQC requirements and organisational standards.
• Oversee audits, governance processes and improvement plans.
• Support financial performance, occupancy growth and resource management.
• Lead responses to incidents and service recovery.
