The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management by outsourced FM providers across the LSBU estate. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other locations in Lambeth and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with experience managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills, all within budget constraints.
