The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the facilities management outsourced providers' delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement across the LSBU Group Estate. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other LSBU Group sites in Lambeth and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with a proven track record managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver exceptional customer service within budget constraints.
