The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, managed by outsourced facilities management providers. The role includes assisting with planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of the estate master planning process and organizational developments, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is ideal for candidates with proven experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills are essential. Budget management experience is also required.
