The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, managed by outsourced FM providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with a proven track record in managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of building services, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills, with a focus on prioritization and customer service within budget constraints.
