Cambridge Education Group Holdings Inc is looking for a Group Finance Business Partner based in Cambridge to support FP&A, the senior management team, and external stakeholders across all business units. You will lead budgeting and two reforecasts for your units and present insights to the Executive team.

Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus proven people management, are essential to influence at all levels and drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification essential (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• Experience in a business-facing finance role in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budget and two reforecasts for own business units.
• Prepare and present each business unit to the Executive and Senior Management teams.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A Head and Group Commercial Finance Manager on budgeting cycles.
