Job summary

Synthomer plc is seeking an accomplished Group FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team at its global headquarters in Victoria, London. You will partner with senior leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across divisions.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality insights, challenging assumptions and supporting strategic decision-making for the Executive Committee and Board.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Analyse performance across divisions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide commentary and reporting for senior leadership and Board.
• Support cost optimisation initiatives and finance transformation projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing the analysis, reporting and insight that helps shape the future direction of the business.
