Job summary

JD Gyms Reading is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to engage with members, lead gym inductions, and deliver group exercise classes. You will uphold cleanliness and safety standards while delivering world-class member experiences on every visit.

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, you’ll adapt to different personalities, participate in tours for prospective members, and ensure high brand standards across the club. Flexible hours and a team-driven environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise their experience.
• Deliver welcoming prospective member tours in line with brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Provide member inductions that are informative and engaging.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms as needed.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain club cleanliness to the highest standard per management.
