Job summary

Places Leisure (Places for People) is seeking a Group Workout Instructor to lead engaging group exercise sessions, fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for members. You will contribute to a professional fitness team, stay up to date with industry developments, and support timetable launches while adhering to safeguarding and safety standards.

Membership in CIMSPA or equivalent is desirable and you will hold a level 2 fitness qualification or another relevant qualification as required by

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group workout, fitness or exercise classes.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Level 2 Fitness qualification and/or Les Mills certification desirable (EMD UK).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality group exercise classes for our members.
• Support group workout launches and timetable updates, collaborating with colleagues across the centre.
• Maintain professional registrations and ensure safety and safeguarding requirements are followed.
