Places Leisure is seeking a Group Workout Instructor employed directly by us to deliver outstanding group exercise experiences for members. You will lead high-quality classes that motivate and engage participants while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You’ll help maximise member satisfaction with excellent service before, during and after each class. You will support launches, timetable updates, and collaborate with colleagues across the centre, while staying up to date with industry

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness qualification and/or Les Mills certification desirable.
• Experience delivering group workout, fitness or exercise classes.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group exercise classes.
• Lead sessions that are engaging, motivating and inclusive.
• Support launches and timetable updates; collaborate with centre colleagues.
• Stay updated on industry developments and maintain registrations.
