Job summary

Places Leisure, part of the Places for People Group, is seeking a Group Workout Instructor to deliver engaging group exercise experiences and create a welcoming environment for members at our centres. You’ll lead classes, support timetable updates and collaborate with the fitness team while keeping up with industry standards and safeguarding policies.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 Fitness or Les Mills qualifications (YMCA Award 2/3 Bridge accepted) and have prior group workout delivery and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group workout, fitness or exercise classes.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group workout classes and lead sessions that inspire and engage members.
• Support timetable launches and work collaboratively with colleagues across the centre.
• Maintain professional registrations and ensure safeguarding and safety requirements are followed.
