Job summary

Reed in Newtownabbey is seeking a Group Financial Reporting Manager to safeguard the integrity of the group’s financial reporting and statutory compliance. The role leads consolidation, MI, and control improvements across UK & ROI entities.

You will manage a finance team, work with stakeholders, and drive process improvements within a hybrid, full-time structure with two mandatory office days.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 6 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting.
• Proven leadership with at least 1 year managing finance professionals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience enhancing financial reporting processes and controls.
• Desirable: not-for-profit experience and familiarity with Charities SORP; ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.

• Annual Salary: £43,916 - £53,550
• Location: Newtownabbey
• Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 mandatory office days / 3 home working)
