AXA UK is seeking a Group Financial Reporting Manager in London to lead external reporting processes and enhance financial oversight within a successful financial services firm. The role involves managing reporting under IFRS and Solvency II, stakeholder relationships, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidates will be qualified accountants with significant experience in financial and regulatory reporting, possessing strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

Location:This role is based in our London office with time spent working in the office (2-3 days) and at home.

Salary and benefits: £85,000 - £95,000 with indicative bonus range of 30-60%, private medical cover, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance and much more.

The role
This is a senior leadership role within the Group Financial Reporting team focused on leading on aspects of the production of the Group's external reporting across IFRS and Solvency II,together with analysis of the Group's results across these metrics.The role involves management of the reporting process, coaching / review of work and using subject matter expertise to produce Group reporting outputs.
