Eton Bridge Partners Ltd. is partnering with a private equity-backed, multi-site organisation to appoint a Group Financial Controller.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for leading the finance function, strengthening controls, driving performance and providing insight to the SLT and Board. Lead finance across reporting, treasury and transformation, own month-end close and compliance, and develop a high-performing team while partnering

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience as Financial Controller, Group FC or Finance Director in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting, controls and audit experience.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of improving finance processes, controls and business performance.
• Experience managing cash flow and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day finance function across Financial Reporting, Transactional Finance and Treasury.
• Own the Group's financial reporting, month-end close and control environment.
• Lead statutory reporting and the external audit process.
• Drive cash flow, working capital performance and liquidity management.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
• Challenge business performance, costs and margins, driving accountability across the organisation.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including automation and process improvement.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, auditors and advisers.
• Prepare and present financial information to the Leadership Team and Board.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
