Reporting to the Head of Finance this role is a key member of the Financial Reporting team, responsible for group wide consolidated financial management.

Description
Financial Reporting
Lead monthly consolidation and reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Prepare board/investor packs with insightful analysis.
Ensure accurate month/year-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations.
Partner with treasury on cash flow forecasting and liquidity. Budgeting & Forecasting
Oversee full three-statement budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Provide financial challenge and align operational and strategic plans.Financial Analysis
Deliver high-quality analysis to support performance and decision-making.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the group.Acquisitions & Integration
Manage financial reporting and hive-up of new acquisitions.
Align new entities with group policies and support due diligence.Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and FCA regulations.
Lead audits, maintain internal controls, and implement improvements. Process Improvement
Drive efficiency's in reporting, controls, and systems.
Introduce best practices and new technologies across finance
