Job description

This is a key role in providing the business with meaningful analysis of group results, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementation of effective controls. The role involves strategic financial planning & analysis, business partnering with cross-functional teams, and communicating results to shareholders.

Description

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Preparing the monthly reporting pack for review by SLT and external shareholders
• Implementing controls and ensuring compliance standards are adhered to
• Project-based work, e.g., systems or cost control projects
• Building effective relationships at Group, Divisional, and Plant levels
• Collaborating with SLT to improve and streamline operations
• Handling ad hoc requests

Profile

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified or qualified by experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Experience working in a manufacturing / production environment
• Experience working at Group level
• Experience using SAP Business Warehouse (desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and independently with a remote team
