Job summary

Grafton Banks Finance are exclusively recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a growing international SME near Crawley. The role reports directly to the Group FD and manages relationships in the UK and abroad with subsidiary FCs.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with group accounts experience, able to design standardised group processes and co-ordinate audits across borders. This is almost 100% remote at the moment, but you must live within an hours commute to Crawley

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with group accounting experience.
• Experience consolidating group accounts and coordinating audits across subsidiaries.
• Strong stakeholder management across UK and international entities.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy of entity management accounts and control files.
• Consolidation of monthly group management accounts.
• Preparation of monthly board pack.
• Design & implementation of standardised group processes.
• Coordination of group audit processes.
• Review and ensure accuracy of entity budgets and forecasts.
• Cashflow reconciliation, analysis, and forecasting.
• Group variance analysis and KPI reporting.

Grafton Banks Finance are exclusively recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a growing and successful international SME near Crawley. The role reports directly to the Group FD and manages relationships in the UK and abroad with subsidiary FCs. The role requires a fully qualified accountant and would suit someone looking for their first move into industry from practice or someone who has group accounts experience already working in industry. The role is almost 100% remote at the moment; however candidates still need to be living within a maximum of an hours commute to Crawley in order to apply.
