Job summary

Stanton House is partnering with a scaling PE-backed SaaS business recruiting a Group Financial Accountant to join its expanding finance team.

You will work across international, multi-entity Group reporting, consolidations, statutory accounts, and audit delivery, reporting to senior finance leadership. This is an excellent entry/second move from practice for a newly qualified accountant seeking broader exposure to IFRS, UK GAAP, and robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with practice-trained background.
• External audit experience, ideally from a Top 20 firm.
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in group reporting and consolidations.
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly Group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and management reporting.
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Assist with audit, tax, and VAT reporting requirements.
• Support bank and covenant reporting activities.
• Assist with acquisition accounting and integration projects.
• Contribute to improvements in financial controls and reporting processes.

A scaling PE-backed SaaS business is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will support Group reporting, consolidations, statutory accounts, audit delivery, and financial controls across an international, multi-entity environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified accountant seeking their first or second move from practice into industry.

Key Responsibilities:
