Job summary

Cedar in Central London is seeking a Group Finance Manager to own group financial reporting, statutory accounts and consolidation across a growing international organisation.

You will work with senior finance leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial information, manage intercompany adjustments and coordinate the year-end audit, while driving improvements in processes, systems and controls. This is a high-visibility role with senior exposure.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified, ideally trained with a leading accountancy practice.
• Strong IFRS and statutory reporting knowledge.
• Proven experience in group consolidations within a multi-entity environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated group financial reporting.
• Manage the production of statutory accounts, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Oversee group consolidations, including intercompany reconciliations and adjustments.
• Act as a key contact for external auditors and manage year-end audit.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and reporting.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders to deliver accurate financial information and insightful analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, financial controls and systems.
• Support wider finance transformation projects and ad hoc strategic initiatives.
