Job summary

Legend is hiring a Group Head of Finance, reporting directly to our Finance Director. You will lead a 25+ person, multi-location team spanning Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Payroll.

This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategic direction with delivery. This role focuses on evolving Legend’s finance operating model to meet demands post-acquisition, strengthening controls, standardising and automating processes, improving systems and data flows,

Qualifications

ACA/ICAS/ACCA qualification with significant post-qualified experience in senior finance leadership roles.
Experience leading a sizeable, multi-functional finance team across locations and jurisdictions.
Strong track record transforming and scaling finance functions with automated processes.

Responsibilities

Lead a 25+ person, multi-location finance function spanning Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Payroll.
Evolve the finance operating model to scale with the business and group requirements.
Drive end-to-end redesign and automation of core finance processes and systems.
Establish ownership, controls, KPIs and data-driven continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Legend and the Genius Sports group.
