CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a successful, private equity-backed growth business to appoint a Head of Finance. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting to the CFO, responsible for the day-to-day finance function across a growing multi-entity group.

The successful candidate will strengthen controls, reporting, forecasting, and drive integration of acquisitions. The position offers exposure to senior leadership, investors and strategic initiatives, with a clear pathway to future

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent. Big 4 training background preferred.
• Experience in private equity-backed, acquisitive or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, group consolidations and management information.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance.
• Oversee audit, statutory reporting, tax and lender reporting requirements.
• Manage finance systems, process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Lead and develop the finance team across multiple entities.
• Support acquisition activity and post-acquisition integration.
• Deliver commercial insight to support strategic decisions.
