We're partnering with an award-winning B2B business (£30m+ revenue) operating across 32 countries, seeking a Group Finance Director to join their leadership team during an exciting international expansion phase.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional finance role, you'll be the CEO's strategic partner, leading a finance team while driving digital transformation and supporting international expansion, including geographic growth and M&A opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Shape financial strategy for a £30m+ international business across 5 divisions
• Lead digital transformation of financial systems and processes
• Partner with business unit leaders across multiple international locations
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Board
• Drive M&A opportunities and geographic expansion initiatives
• Ensure compliance excellence across international operations

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with proven track record
• Strong experience presenting to boards and leading finance teams through growth
• Expertise in financial systems implementation and international operations
• We are open to industry experience, with a preference for those with a B2B business model
• Experience in owner-managed and/or private equity-backed businesses preferred
• Strategic vision with operational excellence and commercial acumen
