Job summary

Buro Happold Limited in Bath is seeking a commercially minded Group Finance Business Partner to join our global finance team. You will partner with project and regional teams to provide financial expertise on high-value projects and strengthen governance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, delivering clear financial insights, and supporting audits and revenue recognition reviews. The role offers hybrid working from Bath.

Qualifications

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA finalist status, or be fully qualified.
• Previous experience in project finance, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Experience supporting complex projects, ideally within professional services, engineering, consultancy or construction-related environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience within engineering, construction or professional services sectors.
• Knowledge of Agresso and/or Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Experience contributing to process improvement and standardisation initiatives.

About The Role
