Job summary

Third Space is seeking a Group Exercise Operations Assistant to work alongside the Group Exercise Manager, helping us maintain best-in-class experiences that enable members to be their personal best.

You’ll deliver exceptional group exercise experiences by supporting instructors, building relationships with members, monitoring attendance and helping achieve participation targets, while collaborating with fitness, sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Qualification or nationally accredited equivalent.
• Experienced Group Exercise Instructor with focus on member experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Group Exercise experiences by supporting instructors and maintaining high class standards.
• Build relationships with members and instructors, acting as a key contact and responding to feedback.
• Drive class performance by monitoring attendance and supporting instructor success.
• Collaborate with fitness, sales and operations teams to deliver a premium member experience.
• Support planning and delivery of events, promotions and initiatives engaging members.
• Champion health, safety and continuous improvement within the team.

We're now looking for a Group Exercise Operations Assistant to work alongside the Group Exercise Manager, helping us remain best in class and creating exceptional experiences that enable our members to be their personal best.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Exercise Instructor who is passionate about member experience and ready to take their first steps towards a career in Group Exercise management.

What You'll Do

As a Group Exercise Operations Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of our Group Exercise offering. You'll:

• Deliver exceptional Group Exercise experiences by supporting instructors, maintaining high class standards and ensuring a welcoming member environment.
• Build strong relationships with members and instructors, acting as a key point of contact and proactively responding to feedback.
• Drive class performance by monitoring attendance, supporting instructor success and helping achieve participation targets.
• Collaborate with fitness, sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless, premium member experience across the club.
• Support the planning and delivery of exciting events, promotions and initiatives that engage members and showcase the Third Space brand.
• Champion health, safety and continuous improvement while contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines a passion for Group Exercise with strong organisation, communication and a desire to develop their career.

• An experienced Group Exercise Instructor with a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships face-to-face and through phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
• An ambitious and proactive approach, with a desire to learn, develop and progress into a Group Exercise Management role.
