Job summary

Nuffield Health Bridgend FWC is seeking a Group Exercise Manager to lead classes, motivate members and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll review timetables, respond to members promptly and help grow the studio and pool offering.

You’ll be a qualified instructor with class-based exercise qualifications, ideally with first aid, and from a corporate or commercial fitness setting. The role is permanent, part-time (10 hours a week) with pay up to £27,736.58 pro rata depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified instructor with class-based exercise qualifications.
• Experience in corporate or commercial fitness environment.
• First aid qualification is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes in the studio and pool.
• Develop class and timetable offering in line with trends and budget.
• Help the team follow health and safety rules and codes of practice.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Support understanding and promotion of health assessments and programmes.
