Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Group Exercise High Holistic Instructor to create spaces for balance, rejuvenation and connection through Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation or the club's SPIRIT class.

You will hold Fitness/ETM Level 2 and BWY or IYN Level 3 Pilates credentials, bring a passion for health and customer service, and be able to lead multiple classes while delivering outstanding member experiences.

Qualifications

• Must hold Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• BWY or IYN Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor credentials required.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic classes (Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation) or SPIRIT offerings.
• Create an inclusive space that helps members feel balanced, rejuvenated and connected.
• Deliver high-quality instruction and adapt to different member needs.
• Collaborate with studio teams to maintain studio standards and safety.

About you:

As a Group Exercise High Holistic Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum of Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent to apply for this role
• In addition, hold the below specific genre qualifications (class dependent) - BWY (British Wheel of Yoga), or IYN, (Independent Yoga Network) - Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor
• You will be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
