David Lloyd Leisure in Port Solent is seeking an experienced Aqua Instructor to join our premium health and wellness community. You will deliver high-quality, safe and engaging water-based classes to members across all levels.

You’ll adapt sessions to different abilities, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to a culture where colleagues thrive and members reach their fitness goals. Enjoy a supportive team, modern facilities, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Fitness/ETM and Level 2 Water-Based Exercise qualification required.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Customer service passion would help.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe and engaging Aqua classes to members.

About you:

• As a Group Exercise Aqua Instructor:
• Please be aware, you must a minimum Level 2 Fitness/ETM & Level 2 Water-Based Exercise qualification to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
