Foxhills Collection is seeking a part-time, self-employed Group Exercise Instructor to lead weekend classes at Foxhills Club & Resort in Ottershaw. The role requires engaging, energy-filled instruction for freestyle pump and weighted workouts, with emphasis on technique and safety for members and guests.

You will deliver high-standard classes, provide excellent customer service, and assist in setup/breakdown of sessions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and energetic delivery to keep classes engaging.
• Proven experience teaching to a high standard.
• Ensure safety and enforce gym rules during classes.
• Hold the relevant qualifications and insurance to teach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• To lead and instruct a variety of classes for our members and guests - specifically freestyle pump and weighted workout classes
• Providing guidance and instruction on proper technique.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests by enforcing gym rules and regulations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of fitness classes and events when needed, including arranging equipment and preparing studios.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries, providing information on fitness classes and services, and escalating any concerns or issues appropriately

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and have a passion for keeping your classes fresh and alive, bringing elements fun and energy.
• Have experience teaching at a high standard and delivering a first-class experience.
• Always operate a safe class.
• Hold the relevant qualifications and insurance necessary to teach.
