Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Birmingham is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead our team of instructors and deliver engaging classes across our premium studios. You will coordinate schedules, maintain high energy, and ensure CIMSPA-accredited training is embedded in every session.

You should hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification, be able to teach multiple classes, and inspire members to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Hold a CIMSPA qualification (Level 2 or 3) to apply.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and lead classes.
• Excellent communication and member engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructors and manage class schedules.
• Teach multiple classes across one or more locations.
• Support and inspire members to achieve fitness goals.
• Provide coaching and CIMSPA-aligned training for staff.
