Job Description:

A leading construction group specializing in high-rise structures and bespoke design and build is looking for a Group Environmental & Sustainability Manager. You will oversee the environmental performance across multiple sites in London, driving compliance and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring ISO 14001 requirements are met for designated projects.
2. Supporting environmental management at both business and site levels.
3. Managing environmental training across projects.
4. Reviewing sustainability reports for accuracy and completeness.
5. Ensuring compliance with obligations such as ESOS, SECR, and permits.
6. Developing and approving site environmental management plans.
7. Identifying environmental aspects of company activities.
8. Maintaining Environmental Management Action Plans.
9. Advising management on resource needs.
10. Reporting on the effectiveness of environmental systems.
11. Training staff, operatives, suppliers, and subcontractors.
12. Communicating environmental updates internally.
