Job summary

Irwin & Colton Limited is seeking an experienced Group Environmental Manager to own environmental strategy, governance and improvement across a large manufacturing network in the Leeds area. You will work with site leadership to raise standards, strengthen governance and deliver measurable improvements in energy, carbon, waste and water.

The role focuses on ISO 14001 management, regulatory relationships, carbon reporting and a Net Zero roadmap across multiple sites, with strong data-driven

Qualifications

• Experience leading environmental performance across a multi-site manufacturing business.
• Proven expertise with ISO 14001, EMS and audits.
• Practical carbon accounting experience across Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental strategy, governance and ISO 14001 across sites.
• Own regulatory relationships and environmental compliance activities.
• Develop carbon reporting and decarbonisation roadmaps.
• Drive energy, waste, water and resource efficiency improvements.
• Lead ESG reporting and use KPIs to improve group performance.
