Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualification and extensive experience in residential development.
• Strong understanding of residential development from land acquisition to delivery.
• Experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proven ability to assess technical risk and provide commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering aspects of the Group Technical function.
• Oversee Temporary Works procedures ensuring full legal compliance.
• Coordinate with Regional teams to ensure adherence to processes.
• Provide technical assessments and advice to support land acquisition and development.
• Prepare and manage project programmes, including critical path monitoring and reporting.
