Zertus UK & Ireland is hiring a Group Head of Technical Operations to lead the technical function across five UK sites. You will drive consistency, standardisation and continuous improvement in food safety, quality and compliance while developing high-performing teams.

The role involves strategic governance, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder collaboration with regular travel across Heckington, Sherburn-in-Elmet, Fakenham, Bromborough and Navan.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership experience in multi-site food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record delivering audit compliance in FMCG.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop Site Technical Managers and teams across five locations.
• Drive standardisation of technical systems, processes and quality practices.
• Oversee HACCP, allergen management and compliance programmes.
• Represent the business during audits, reviews and customer visits.
• Support technical innovation and capital projects across the Group.
