Zusammenfassung

Lucion Group is seeking a proactive Group Credit Controller to join our Finance Team. You will manage outstanding debt across multiple group companies, chase invoices, and resolve payment queries to protect cash flow. This role offers exposure across the Group and a supportive, collaborative finance environment.

We value organised, confident professionals with credit control or debt collection experience who want to broaden their responsibilities. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Credit Control, Debt Collection, Collections, Accounts Receivable or a similar role.

Aufgaben

• Managing customer accounts across Group companies
• Chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email
• Monitoring aged debt and reducing overdue balances
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate financial records and account information
• Supporting improvements to finance processes and procedures
• Working with the wider Finance Team
• Developing knowledge of wider finance processes
