We have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand our business. We have a new opportunity for a Group Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team.This is a permanent full-time or part-time role with hybrid and flexible working options. This role will involve travel to a number of offices within the Shaw Gibbs Group.

About You
We would like to hear from you if you have minimum of 2 years UK regulatory experience gained within a practice environment (legal or accountancy) or in a regulatory team at a regulatory body (e.g. ICAEW, ICAS or ACCA). The role will manage all strategic, operational and regulatory risks.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in and foundational level understanding of risk & compliance in a professional services firm. You will have a good base knowledge of CDD and AML, processes as well as complex group structures. You will be self-motivated, keep abreast of the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements for our sector and show curiosity in your work. You will role model competent and ethical behaviours in line with regulatory conduct principles.
